Asset Accountability
MConnected developed and implemented a Personnel Asset Location (PAL) solution for the UK’s newest and largest Navel Vessel.
The current peg board system was converted in to a digital manifest, by providing all Naval Personnel and Contractors with a Digital Dog Tag.
Global Event Asset Tracking
Sporting events such as the RedBull Air Race (RBAR) and Formula One have many assets that need moving from location to location al over the global.
High value assets such as team vehicles, parts, media and marketing equipment to the grand stands themselves all need to be moved, monitored and potentially replaced.
MConnected digitised this manifest in real-time so all assets, large and small, were visually accountable at any one time.
Smart Logistics & Rail
For the past 5 years MConnected have been developing ‘Smart Logistic' Solutions with one of the largest freight companies in the world.
Exploring smart warehouse style technologies at the very start, even before a certain online e-commerce giant - MConnected quickly realised that was only one part of the supply chain. What about the route from A to B?
From this, the ‘Hyper-Truck’ solution was created, developing a mobile warehouse that used various gateway technologies. This meant there was no longer any grey areas in the supply chain.
The ‘Communication Bubble’ around the vehicle also gained interest from the Rail industry for a ‘Hyper-Van’ to track and trace high value tools and equipment on trackside where connectivity can be non-existent.
